Labels is a simple little program that does just one thing, it prints one or two mailing labels. When you run the program it asks if you want to print one or two labels. To would be like if you were addressing a letter. You get three lines per label. If you enter blanks for the three lines of the first label, the program will ask if you want to (Q)uit or (S)tart over again.
After entering the label data you are asked if you would like to print a test pattern to check the alignment of your labels in the printer. You can print the test pattern as many times as needed before going on to print the labels.
After printing the labels you can print the same labels again, or enter new data or quit the program. I put in an error handling routine to check if the printer is turned of, but you need to make sure the printer is on line as well.
I wrote this program because I'm to lazy to write a couple of mailing labels long hand, and that's about it. I hope you like it; if you do it's probably because your as lazy as I am.
If I get any encouragement I may put out another version that will let you enter your label data or retrieve it from a data file, and maybe use some different print features. Please keep in mind though, I'm not a programmer, I just like to tinker.
